At Aqua Amore Ltd, we strive to ensure your premium beverages and gourmet foods arrive in perfect condition, but we offer a 14-day return window for unopened and undamaged items. Due to health and safety regulations, perishable goods cannot be returned once the seal is broken.
Return Process

Notify our customer service team within 14 days of delivery by emailing your order number and reason for return to our support desk.
- 2.Prepare Your Package
Ensure the items are in their original, unopened packaging and securely boxed to prevent glass breakage or damage during transit.
- 3.Ship the Items
Send your return via a tracked courier service to our London warehouse; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
